Is there anything better than making no money while you sleep? Here, with just a little effort at the beginning, but none after that, you can automate the way you keep your net worth flat and maintain the mediocrity you deserve.
- Newsletter: Guilt all your friends and family into signing up for your newsletter. Then, use a program that will send them 10 emails a day that add no value to their lives whatsoever.
- YouTube Videos: Learn to play the guitar (at least enough to play the first three chords of any song), and then start a YouTube channel. Make videos of yourself playing “Wonderwall,” “American Pie,” or any song that no one wants to hear at a bonfire anymore. If you’re lucky, you will get seven views and maybe two likes.
- GoFundMe: Start a GoFundMe and then don’t tell anyone about it. Absolutely nothing will continue to roll in day after day. That automatic, steady stream of zeroes will add much-needed stability to your life.
- Rental Property: Visit Zillow or other real estate sites and look at houses available for rental property purposes. Find the perfect house, and then don’t buy it because you can’t afford it.
- Technology: Write a computer program in Notepad that will siphon money from as many big corporations as possible. You won’t know what you’re doing at all, so…
